On The Bachelor Season 21, the remaining 13 bachelorettes travel with Nick Viall to New Orleans. On one expedition, Nick and the ladies visit a haunted plantation. He then picks one woman to accompany him on a date. (It’s not certain if he picks the most brave or most scared woman in the group.) The date involves going to a LOLO concert.
LOLO is a singer from Jackson, Tennesse. On the show, she’ll perform her hit song “Shine” from her album In Loving Memory of When I Gave A Shit. What’s ironic about the performance is that “Shine” is about embracing one’s independence and being self-reliant. It includes the lyric: “Why you waiting on someone else? To give you the things that you want yourself.” The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
Omg, it’s happening TOMORROW!!! Watch me play “Shine” for @Viallnicholas28 on @BachelorABC at 8/7c ?? pic.twitter.com/vAIlT71thj
