Don Wildman is the oldest (83!) Ironman triathlete in the world and he’s teamed up with millennial Jake Sullivan to sell Hand Out Gloves. The warm winter gloves are designed to make it easy for a skier, snowboarder or winter walker to check a phone, tie a shoelace, or grab a snack without having to take the entire glove off and risk the chance of losing it or getting snow in it. The key to the Hand Out Gloves design is the zipper across the back of the hand which frees the fingers without breaking the seal in between your gloves and your jacket.

Hand Out Gloves start at $40 (lightweight) and go up to $120 (pro). Wildman and Sullivan are pitching Hand Out Gloves on Shark Tank (December 9) which airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
