On The Voice, celebrity country couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are the key advisers for the first round of The Knockouts. While Tim McGraw promises that his wife “doesn’t sugarcoat anything” Faith Hill says getting advice from her husband is like attending a master class. This is clearly a couple that has deep respect for one another as artists.

When Miley Cyrus introduces McGraw and Hill to her Team Miley member Aaron Gibson, Tim tells the young man: “What you ultimately want to do is – you want to tell people how they feel when they didn’t realize they felt that way.” Aaron says, “Good point.” Miley says, “I love that.” Faith Hill pats her husband’s shoulder and says, “That was great, baby.” After a moment of letting that sink in, Miley says, “That was deep.” The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
