Cycloramic is an app that takes panoramic pictures on smartphones. The creator of the hands-free app, Bruno Francois of Ego Ventures in Atlanta, Georgia, pitched the business on Shark Tank in 2014. Cycloramic already had a glowing review from David Pogue of The New York Times, so it was no surprise that Francois was able to make a deal. On the show, he agreed on a $500,000 investment from Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner in exchange for 15 percent equity.
Since Shark Tank, there has been little promotion through Cycloramic social media accounts. The last announcement made about Cycloramic (it can now be controlled with the Apple Watch) was in April 2016. The last post on Facebook was June 2015 (a generic article about getting more from your phone), and the last photo on Instagram was posted two years ago (see below).
