On Dance Moms, dance instructor Abby Lee Miller has been accused of favoring the minis. But after their poor performance, Abby punishes the minis by giving the first solos of the season to the elites. You would think the elite dance moms would be happy but they’re not. Jill Vertes takes it upon herself to change her daughter Kendall’s music and Abby (per usual) loses her cool. “Abby and I are not the best of friends,” as Jill says.
In a fun Halloween-theme teaser for the show, the ALDC studio is seen totally empty, just one day before competition. “Things are taking a spooky turn at the ALDC” says the caption of the video (see below). The camera pans to the office where Abby is looking for something in her purse. When she’s surprised by the camera/intruder she screams like a victim in a Halloween movie. Dance Moms airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Lifetime.
