On the Teen Mom OG episode ‘Animal Instincts,’ while Maci and Taylor plan their wedding, and Farrah and Simon once again fight in front of her family, Amber Portwood hears complaints from her daughter Leah. When Amber denies Leah a visit to the ice cream shop and promises next time, Leah says: “You never pick me up when you’re supposed to.” When Amber says, yes, I do, Leah responds: “What about the day when you kept on making excuses?” Leah is referring to the day Amber was in the hospital.
While Amber’s fiance Matt Baier chimes in, “That’s not an excuse, sweetheart,” Leah says, “I didn’t even know what was going on.” Amber tells Leah that she called her dad and told him. Regardless, little Leah says, “I thought you forgot about me.” Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV.
