The Lifetime TV reality show Dance Moms features the young dancers of the Abby Lee Dance Company and their mothers. Rarely does a father appear on the show…until now. Before the Dance Moms Season 6 episode ‘Abby’s New Beginning,’ TV host Jai Rodriguez will introduce and chat with some of the dads of Dance Moms.

Nia Frazier is one of the veterans of ALDC. Her father is Evan Frazier. He is Senior Vice President of Community Affairs at health insurance company Highmark Health in Pittsburgh. Prior to Highmark, he was President and CEO of the not-for-profit Hill House Association for six years. The Cornell University grad was named a Luce Scholar after earning his master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon. As a Luce Scholar he spent a year in a language immersion course in Mandarin Chinese before working at Shangri-la Hotels and Resorts in Singapore and Hong Kong. Dance Moms airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Lifetime.
