On the Season 2 finale of Celebrity Family Feud, SNL alum Garrett Morris (2 Broke Girls) and his family play against triple threat Alfonso Ribeiro. Ribeiro’s first big break in television – before he charmed the socks off of America on The Prince of Bel Air, Dancing with the Stars, and America’s Funniest Videos – was on the 1980s sitcom called Silver Spoons. On Celebrity Family Feud, Ribeiro reunites with Silver Spoons star Ricky Schroder.
On Silver Spoons, Schroder (who had starred in the tear-jerker 1979 film The Champ with Jon Voight and Faye Dunaway) plays Ricky Stratton, a kid who shows up at his father’s mansion and moves in. In Season 3 (there were five seasons), Ricky befriends a break dancer, Alfonso Spears (Ribeiro). Ribeiro had starred in The Tap Dance Kid on Broadway and shot a Pepsi commercial with the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Schroder is now 46; Ribeiro is 44. Celebrity Family Feud airs Sundays at 8pm on ABC.
