On the Million Dollar Matchmaker episode “The Pop Star and American Psycho,” the pop star refers to the overtly sexual singer Neon Hitch. “I’m a little out there,” the English singer admits, “but in a good way, not a bad way.” Matchmaker Patti Stanger disagrees. “She leads with sex,” Patti complains. Neon’s two big hits are “Pussy Power” and “F— U Betta.”
According to Neon’s biography on iTunes she was raised in a family of circus performers. As a teenager, she performed as a trapeze artist and fire swinger throughout Europe. She left home at the age of 15 and lived in India before resettling in London. Her debut album, Anarchy, was released on July 22 via WeRNeon and Warner Bros. Records.
