In the TV movie The Reluctant Nanny, Libby Prescott moves to Los Angeles to start a new job after her start-up company failed. But when she arrives for her first day of work, it turns out to be her last. And then her purse is stolen. While chasing down the thief, she meets police officer Dan Connor (Aaron Hill). He hires her as his live-in nanny, to watch his two foster kids while he’s at work. It’s not an easy job, and while Libby faces more obstacles, she does find love.
Libby is portrayed by Jessy Schram. She is known for her roles on Once Upon a Time (Ashley Boyd/Cinderella), Nashville (Frankie’s daughterCash Gray), The Lizzie Borden Chronicles (Nance O’Keefe), Falling Skies (Karen Nadler), Mad Men (Bonnie Whiteside), Last Resort (Christine Kendal), and Veronica Mars (Hannah Griffith), among others. The Reluctant Nanny will make its premiere on LMN on Tuesday, August 23 at 8pm.
