Season 2 of The Rap Game features seven new young artists from all over the country. At Jermaine Dupri’s ten-week rapper boot camp in Atlanta, they’re competing for a record contract with Dupri and his record label, So So Def. Big name rappers like Snoop Dogg, Timbaland and Da Brat will pop by the studio and throw some pearls of wisdom.

Lil’ Key is one of the seven young rappers. The 15-year-old from Baltimore made his rapping debut in a church talent show. He writes his own music and is determined to find “a unique sound to stand out from his peers with his parents by his side.” The Rap Game airs Friday at 10pm on Lifetime.
