In the LMN movie The Inherited, newlyweds Eve (Jenn Liu) and Tom Stewart (Nathan Darrow) move into a sweet looking house along the Hudson. Tom inherited the house when his first wife died. Shortly after moving in, Eve discovers that Tom’s late wife went crazy living in the house and she is soon headed in the same direction. Meeting people like Wendy Danver, the sister of Tom’s late wife, doesn’t help ease Eve’s concerns. Wendy tells Eve: “My sister, she’d roll over in her grave if she knew Tom had found you. She’d just kill him.”
Sister-in-law Wendy Danver is portrayed by Tammy Blanchard. She’s known for her roles in the films Into the Woods (Florinda), Moneyball (Elizabeth Hatteberg), Rabbit Hole with Nicole Kidman (Izzy), and Robert De Niro’s The Good Shepherd with Matt Damon (Laura), among others. Blanchard got her big acting break in 1998 when she landed the role of Drew Jacobs on the soap opera Guiding Light. She will appear next on the big screen in Tallulah with Ellen Page and Allison Janney (Summer 2016). The Inherited which premieres on LMN on June 5 at 8pm. It will air again on June 6 at 12am, June 21 at 10pm, and June 22 at 2am.
