The Season 2 premiere of WAGS is titled “Collide” for a reason. Barbie, who’s trying to keep focused on her wedding plans to former hockey player Sheldon Souray, warns “there’s going to be trouble!” There are two new WAGS this season including Sophia Pierson, the little sister of Olivia Pierson, and cousin of Natalie Halcro. Sophia quickly stirs the pot with aplomb. “I’ve always wanted to be on camera, and I love entertaining people,” Sophia recently told ChristyReports. “I’m not afraid to make an ass out of myself so I think that’s what’s going to make this season good.”
When asked if she is just related to WAGS on the show or a WAG herself, Sophia answered “both!” The Canadian-born model/actress says she’s dating soccer player Denzel Slager, who was just signed to LA Galaxy II in February. The 23-year-old striker from Holland started his professional career in the Netherlands with RKC Waalwijk (Eredivisie) for the 2012 and 2013 campaigns. Slager has also played at the international level representing Curaçao, the Caribbean country where his mother is from. Fun fact: Slager also signed with Wilhelmina Models.
