On the Botched episode “Super Fupa,” board certified plastic surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif have a consultation with a young woman named Samantha. She explained to the doctors that she had a giant cyst and had to have a hysterectomy. “During the pre-op for that is when she [her gynecologist] discovered thyroid cancer.” The gynecologist offered Samantha a “discount” for an additional a tummy tuck.
Since that “discounted” tummy tuck performed by a gynecologist, Samantha has been suffering from leakage — her belly button is leaking something with a bad odor. But it’s not just that. She also has “the world’s biggest” supa fupa. Supa fupa is slang for “a large amount of fat that covers a woman’s vagina.” Botched airs Tuesdays at 9pom on E!
