In the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Intersecting Lives,” Gary Munson, a correctional officer at a female prison is accused of sexually assaulting women — in and out of the prison. Shortly after Munson’s arrest, his union goes after the SVU squad and ADA Barba (Raul Esparza). On the court steps, Barba tells Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay): “Someone just threatened to kill me.”
