In the Person of Interest episode ‘6,741,’ the team worries about Shaw (Sarah Shahi), who since escaping her captors has been acting paranoid and reckless. She’s not to blame really. Her captors John Greer (John Nolan) and Jeremy Lambert have programmed Shaw to kill all of her friends.
Jeremy Lambert is portrayed by Julian Ovenden. Americans recognize the Englishman for his roles on Downton Abbey (Charles Blake), Smash (Simon/President John F. Kennedy in the musical), Foyle’s War (Andrew Foyle), and Cashmere Mafia (Eric Burden), among others. Ovenden is also recognized for his role as Captain Georg von Trapp on ITV’s The Sound of Music Live (see video below). Person of Interest airs Mondays at 10pm on CBS.
