On Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn, Dr. Jenn takes her celeb patients off-site to participate in a smash house exercise. A dining room is decorated with enlarged photos of Michael Lohan’s mugshots and the cover of newspapers calling him a low-life for abusing his wife Dina Lohan. Dr. Jenn encourages Dina to take a sledgehammer and smash everything in sight but Dina is reluctant. Dr. Jenn says the exercise will help her to face her past or at least unleash her anger. Dina smashes a china cabinet but then walks off in tears. Michael Lohan is pacing in the kitchen, waiting for his turn, which is slow in coming.

Suddenly to the surprise of everyone on the set, Michael jumps the line, picks up the sledgehammer and goes at it. When someone tries to stop him, Michael Lohan threatens him, “Touch me again and it’ll be you, motherf***er.” Jeremy Dash says he doesn’t blame Michael Lohan for freaking out. He was “pacing around there like a caged animal, watching everyone else go ahead of him.” Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn airs Wednesdays at 8pm on VH1.
