In the tearjerker movie Jack of the Red Hearts, a teenage con artist named Jack (AnnaSophia Robb) meets the mother of an 11-year-old autistic girl, Glory (Taylor Richardson). The mother, Kay (Famke Janssen), is looking to hire a live-in companion for Glory as the little girl can’t be left on her own for a minute. It’s causing a great strain between Kay and her husband Mark.
Kay’s husband and Glory’s father, Mark, is portrayed by Scott Cohen. He’s known for his roles on Allegiance (Mark O’Connor), The Carrie Diaries (with AnnaSophia Robb! as Harlan Silver), Necessary Roughness (Nico Careles), Law & Order: Trial by Jury (Chris Ravell), Gilmore Girls (Max Medina), The Practice (ADA Mitch Wheeler), and NYPD Blue (Det. Harry Deny), among others. Jack of the Red Hearts premieres on Lifetime on April 23 at 8pm.
