On Season 4 of Black Ink Crew, Puma convinced his wife Quani to move to New York so he could be close to her and their 3-year-old daughter Tamia while he opened his own tattoo shop, Art4Ink. Quani’s mother Denise stopped by the shop. While she says it looks good, she doesn’t believe it’s a good environment for her 3-year-old granddaughter.
“It’s not safe,” says Denise, “there are needles and shady characters.” Quani asks her mother to pull back a little bit which Denise respects. However, Denise warns Quani: “If anything happens to her, I’m coming after you, I’m coming after Puma, I’m coming after the whole shop.” Denise’s bark might be louder than her bite. She’s posted photos of her hanging out with Tamia at the shop, and she even mingled with the “shady characters” there to get a back tattoo (see below). Black Ink Crew airs Mondays at 8pm on VH1.
