In the Crowded pilot episode, married couple Mike Moore (Patrick Warburton) and his wife Martina (Carrie Preston) are excited to become empty nesters but their plan to enjoy their alone time is crushed when both their daughters move back home after college. And Mike’s parents decided not to retire in Florida as planned.
The smart, straightlaced daughter Shea is portrayed by Miranda Cosgrove. The 22-year-old actress/singer is best known for her roles on Nickelodeon’s iCarly (Carly Shay) and Drake & Josh (little sister Megan Parker). Cosgrove is also the voice of Margo in the Despicable Me movies. Fans haven’t seen her for a while as she needed time to recover from an accident involving her tour bus and a semi in 2011, and then she enrolled at the University of Southern California in 2012. Crowded will premiere on March 15 at 10pm and 10:30pm on NBC.
