On the Gotham episode “Wrath of the Villains: Prisoners,” while Gordon struggles to survive after being removed from protective custody, Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) spends some quality time with his father Elijah Van Dahl (Paul Reubens) while his stepmother Grace (Melinda Clarke) and step-siblings carry out their own plans for the family.
Penguin’s stepbrother Charles Van Dahl is portrayed by Justin Mark. This is Mark’s big break on national TV. Prior to Gotham, Mark starred in the 2015 short film Normal Doors (see below). Mark plays Todd, a gay twentysomething with OCD who goes to a S&M-themed party with his friend Meg (Emily Bett Rickards, Felicity on Arrow and The Flash) and meets Rory (Milana Vayntrub, AT&T commercials). You can see Mark next on the big screen in the dark comedy Frat Star starring Chris Elliott. Gotham airs Mondays at 8pm on FOX.
