In the Castle episode “Fidelis Ad Mortem,” NYPD Captain Kate Becket (Stana Katic) and the team return to the NYPD Academy to investigate the murder of a recruit. At the Academy’s gym, Becket sees a recruit working-out and challenges the cadet to take her down. Becket is impressed.
The cadet is portrayed by Ellen Woglom. She’s known for her roles on Chicago P.D. and Chicago Fire (Megan Shay), Scandal (Helen Fisher), Suburgatory (Aimee Ainsley), Outlaw (Mereta Sprows), Crash (Lily), and Californication (Chelsea Koons). Fun fact about Woglom, she’s getting married to ceramic artist Peter Sheldon. Castle airs Mondays at 10pm on ABC.
