VH1 Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn will feature five famous families who are willing to repair their broken relationships. One family includes sisters Briana and Brittany DeJesus. Both were on 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom 3. Briana is the one who had her baby, Nova, who is now 4 years old. Brittany decided to have an abortion which deeply affected their family. While the sisters live together with their mother Roxanne and young Nova, they claim to barely speak to each other.
Some Teen Mom fans believe Brittany is jealous of the attention Briana received during and after her pregnancy. Some say Brittany’s anger was due to “the emotional ramifications and trauma of her own abortion.” Nova, after all, is a living symbol of what Brittany might have had if she’d made a different decision. No matter what you believe, that’s tough emotional territory. Both sides of the Teen Mom fence will hear more about the emotions of the DeJesus family on VH1 Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn which airs Wednesdays at 9pm on VH1.
