At Camille Grammer’s fancy charity event – where The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are prompted to buy diamond jewelry for a good cause (Foundation for Women’s Cancer) – Kathryn Edwards asks Lisa Vanderpump to get her a glass of champagne. Edwards calls her “Pumpy” to soften the ask. Pumpy acquiesces with a “yes, sir.” While Edwards awaits her champagne, she tells Erika Girardi and Lisa Rinna: “You have to blow a little smoke if you want her [Pumpy] to do something like that. She doesn’t wait on people. She’s used to someone else waiting on her ass.”
