IllumiBowl is a motion-activated sensor that is attached to a toilet bowl (with suction cups) so the toilet seat lights up when someone approaches it. What problem does this product solve? It eliminates the annoyance of having to turn on a bright light when you have to wake up in the middle of the night to use the facilities. Illumibowl also claims to rid your home of the boogie man, monsters hiding under the bed, and all things that go bump in the night.

IllumiBowl is available on the Illumibowl website for $19.99 and on Amazon (see above). The IllumiBowl founders will pitch their product on Shark Tank (March 11). One of their biggest obstacles is their competitor Glow Bowl, which is selling its product for $15.99. Shark Tank airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
