In the series premiere of VH1 Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn, five famous families attend an intensive therapy program in hopes of repairing their broken relationships. The celebrities include: Lindsay Lohan’s parents Dina and Michael; Damon Dash and his brothers Jeremy and Bobby; Tiffany “New York” Pollard and her mother Michelle “Sister” Patterson; Teen Moms Briana Dejesus and her sister Brittany; and Jackass star Bam Margera and his mother April.

During one session, Dina Lohan claims that Michael was physically abusive. He says Dina was equally abusive. Lots of angry accusations get thrown around on the show. But after filming, when promoting the show on Good Day NY, a calm Dina Lohan admits: “He [Michael] was very forthcoming as well, which helped me heal.” Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn airs Wednesdays at 9pm on VH1.
