Survivor is back for season 32 and it’s set on the island of Kaoh Rong in Cambodia. The 18 American castaways have been divided into three tribes related to their dominant traits – Beauty, Brains and Brawn. 37-year-old construction worker Jennifer Lanzetti is technically in the Brawn tribe but could have been assigned just as easily to the others. Jennifer’s engineering degree and experience in the construction industry will come in handy, as will her perseverance. Before getting her engineering degree, she fought endometriosis, cancer and drug addiction.
Jennifer says “I might be blunt, but I still have tact.” She explained that being able to get things off her chest and with tact works in her favor. “I’d hate not being able to sleep at night because I didn’t say what I needed to. As far as sleeping at night, it’s good if you can even sleep on bamboo.” Survivor: Kaôh Rong — Brains vs. Brawn vs. Beauty airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.
