Jess Edelstein and Sarah Ribner of Philadelphia are the creators of Piper Wai, an all-natural deodorant made from activated charcoal. Instead of harmful ingredients, Piper Wai is made of tapioca starch and coconut oil, among other natural ingredients, and it works. The only drawback (in some consumer minds) is that the creme must be applied by hand. But have no fear, with the help of Shark Tank investor Barbara Corcoran, the Piper Wai founders are working on a stick applicator.

A 2 oz. jar of Piper Wai is sold on the company website for $12. But be advised, since their appearance on Shark Tank, they are backordered. Piper Wai asks customers to wait 2-4 weeks for delivery. Corcoran will give a Piper Wai update on Shark Tank (February 26) which airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
