In the TV movie The Wrong Car, a young law student named Trudy (Danielle Savre) is a diligent worker. Her friend Gretchen thinks Trudy deserves a break so she drags Trudy out to a night club. Trudy has fun but when she wants to leave, Gretchen tells her she wants to stay. No problem, says Trudy, I’ll call a NetCar. But when Trudy stands outside waiting for the car, a NetCar impostor picks her up instead. The driver drugs and rapes Trudy. When Trudy comes to, she wants justice. And her friend Gretchen helps Trudy find the rapist.

Gretchen is portrayed by Francia Raisa. The 27-year-old actress from Los Angeles has appeared on several TV shows including The Mindy Project, CSI, and In Plain Sight, but Raisa’s best known for her role as Adrian Lee on The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008-2013).
