On The Simpsons episode “The Girl Code,” Lisa Simpson is the only girl in a coding class. Lisa is delighted to discover that her teacher is an empowered woman named Quinn Hopper (Kaitlin Olson). The two females quickly bond. Together they come up with an app that stops people from posting things on social media that they’ll regret later. Lisa was inspired by her mother Marge who posted a photo that got Homer fired. (Homer goes back to his job as a dishwasher at a Greek restaurant).
