Shoppers World USA is a family-owned chain of discount department stores. Third-generation owner Sam Dushey is the current CEO and will appear on Undercover Boss (January 2, 8:30, CBS). He took over the company at the age of 27 and is proud of the fact that he grew the business from 8 to 40 stores in 11 states over the past 10 years. Those are impressive numbers but as Undercover Boss reveals, a lot of work – particularly on the security and IT front – is desperately needed. Nonetheless, Dushey plans to open 20 more stores in 2016. His ultimate goal is a thousand.
