Ingredients:
(T = tablespoon)
32oz. jar of marinara sauce
1 T garlic powder
1 T Ms. Dash (salt free seasoning)
4 whole chicken breasts
12 C vegetables (we used organic frozen mixed vegetables and brussels sprouts)
1/3 C chopped walnuts
14oz. can of black beans (substitute bean of your choice)
Method:
Set pressure cooker to 28 minutes. Add the sauce, all spices, and chicken breasts. Cover and cook. While chicken mixture is steaming, rinse your vegetables in water. When the timer goes off, and it is safe to open the pressure cooker, mix vegetables in with the chicken and cook another 12 minutes. After timer goes off mix in the beans and walnuts. (They do not have to be cooked). Scoop approximately 2 cups of entire mixture into 6 containers and you are done!
