In the TV movie A Christmas Melody, Kristen Frank is forced to close her clothing boutique in Manhattan and move back to Ohio with her young daughter Emily (Fina Strazza). In her hometown, Kristen runs into her former high school rival Melissa (Mariah Carey) who is head of the PTA and directing the school’s winter pageant. Luckily for Kristen, there’s cute music teacher Danny (Brennan Elliott) to counteract Melissa’s divaness.
