On the Mom episode, “A Pirate, Three Frogs and a Prince,” while Bonnie (Allison Janney) dons her shortest Daisy Dukes to flirt with lawyer Steve, her daughter Christy (Anna Faris) cleans up for Roscoe’s parent-teacher conference. At school, Christy is met by her ex, Baxter (Matt Jones), and his current girlfriend Candace, who makes Christy feel threatened.
Candace is portrayed by Sara Rue. She’s best known for her sitcom Less Than Perfect (Claude Casey), and for her recurring roles on Two and a Half Men (Berta’s daughter, Naomi), The Big Bang Theory (Dr. Stephanie Barnett), Eastwick (Penny Higgins), Rules Of Engagement (Brenda), Malibu Country (Kim Sallinger), and most recently Impastor (Dora Winston). Mom airs Thursdays at 9pm on CBS.
