When 18-year-old reality TV star Kylie Jenner announced via Twitter that her Lip Kit was available, it sold out in minutes. She promised her millions of fans that another batch was on its way, and she lived up to that promise. The second batch was released on December 15, just two weeks later, but that round too sold out just as quickly.
Many customers who bought the kit from the first batch are voicing their frustration on social media regarding the slow delivery of Kylie’s Lip Kits. It’s been two weeks and still their $29 Lip Kit hasn’t arrived. One woman, Stephanie Nicole, who lives in San Francisco and posts makeup reviews on Instagram, took a photo of her USPS tracking order. It says her order “departed shipping partner facility in Compton, California on December 9.” P.S. Nicole did receive her Lip Kit. She gave it an 8-hour test; she wasn’t impressed.
