On the season finale of Couples Therapy, transgender Carmen Carrera and her longtime boyfriend Adrian Torres get married. Dr. Jenn officiates for the first transgender wedding ever on reality TV. All of the show’s celebs and their partners attend, including Joe Budden who serves as Adrian’s Best Man, and Big Ang’s husband Neil Murphy who walks Carmen down the aisle.

While the couple exchanges their vows, Carmen makes a weird joke about promising never to interrupt Adrian while he’s in the bathroom. And then she interrupts Adrian while he is professing his love for her. When Adrian says he promises to love her forever, she asks, “Even when I get old and ugly?” Without blinking an eye he says, “I’ll love you even more.” Couples Therapy airs Wednesdays at 10pm on VH1.
