Undercover Boss returns for Season 7 with Nader Masadeh, President and CEO of Buffalo Wings & Rings. Masadeh knows the ins and outs of running a franchise. One of his first jobs as a teenager was working as a dishwasher at Burger King. After college, in 2004, when his father found a Buffalo Wings franchise for sale, Masadeh invested in the restaurant and enjoyed the success so much he wanted more. One year later, with two other investors, Masadeh bought the whole company from the original founders.

Buffalo Wings & Rings continues to grow – there are currently 45 restaurants in the US and they’re popping up in the Middle East, too. But when a company grows quickly, some things are overlooked. On Undercover Boss Masadeh rocks an orange velour tracksuit (see photo above) and returns to the kitchen where not all of his employees are happy. In the kitchen of one of the franchises, Masadeh discovers one employee is bullying another. “That’s one thing I won’t tolerate,” says Masadeh. Undercover Boss airs Sundays at 8:30pm on CBS.
