On the NCIS episode “Blood Brothers,” while Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and Gibbs (Mark Harmon) visit Bishop’s mother (Lindsay Wagner) and brother (Ryan Doom) for Thanksgiving in Oklahoma, the team must locate a bone marrow transplant donor for a sailor who’s battling leukemia. Senior FBI Agent T.C. Fornell is called in to help. He’s no stranger to the NCIS Major Case Response Team. He’s the only recurring character to have appeared on every season of the show so far.
Fornell is portrayed by Joe Spano. He’s best known for his roles on NYPD Blue (Detective John Clark Sr.) and the Emmy Award-winning series Hill Street Blues (Detective Henry Goldblume). NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.
