On the new TV sitcom Superstore, Jonah (Ben Feldman) shows up for his first day of work at big box retail store Cloud 9 and screws up in a big way. He accidentally discounts everything in the store, making everything including electronics 25 cents. His boss, floor manager Amy (America Ferrera), is not impressed. But magazine writer Cynthia is impressed with Ben, at least with his good looks. When she comes to write a profile about the store, Cynthia turns all her attention on Jonah.

Cynthia is portrayed by Eliza Coupe. She’s best known for her roles on Quantico (Hannah Wyland), Casual (Emmy), Benched (Nina Whitley), House of Lies (Marissa McClintock), Happy Endings (Jane Kerkovich-Williams), and Scrubs (Dr. Denise Mahoney). Fun fact about Coupe: In 2003, she toured France playing a soldier in an all-female version of King Lear. Superstore premieres on Monday, November 30 at 10pm on NBC.
