Who Is Prince Duncan In ‘A Prince for Christmas’?

In the TV movie A Prince for Christmas, Prince Duncan finds himself in a royal pickle. His parents — the King and Queen of Balemont — have arranged “the most spectacular Christmas wedding” for him. But Duncan doesn’t want to get married “to a complete stranger” — Isabelle de Montavia. Seven days before the arranged wedding, Prince Duncan flees the country and travels incognito. Like Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday, overseas he finds true love…not in Rome but in the United States.

Prince Duncan is portrayed by Kirk Barker. He’s best known for his role as Ben on Cinemax’s The Girl’s Guide to Depravity. He recently starred in the English film Arthur & Merlin (he played the young Celtic warrior Arthfael). A Prince for Christmas will premiere on ION on November 29 at 9pm.
