In the NCIS episode “Day in Court”, a petty officer wants NCIS to arrest him for murder. What’s the hitch? He says the murder case will be dismissed due to a mishandled warrant, and he wants NCIS to conduct its own investigation once his murder case is thrown out. Things don’t go well when the petty officer tries to lie to Gibbs (Mark Harmon). Meanwhile, the team rallies to protect NSA analyst Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham) from some shady business involving NSA Attorney Jake Malloy.
Jake Malloy is portrayed by Jamie Bamber. Americans recognize the Englishman for his roles on The Messengers (Vincent Plowman), Rizzoli & Isles (Paul Wescourt), Body of Proof (Aiden Wells), and Battlestar Galactica (Cpt. Lee “Apollo” Adama). NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.
