In the special one-hour premiere episode of Superstore, viewers meet the employees of big box store Cloud 9. It’s Jonah’s first day and he messes up almost immediately by marking everything down to 25 cents, including flat screen TVs which causes a Black Friday kind of stampede. His boss, floor manager Amy (America Ferrera), is not impressed.
