In The Big Bang Theory episode “The Platonic Permutation,” lots of relationships are being put to the test. And when Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) reluctantly volunteers at a soup kitchen, he forms a bromance with Elon Musk – Musk plays himself, the genius founder of Tesla and Space X. Raj (Kunal Nayyar) and his red-headed dermatologist girlfriend Emily Sweeney are no exception to the theme of the episode.
Emily is portrayed by Laura Spencer. She’s appeared on many TV shows including 2 Broke Girls and Sleepy Hollow but she’s best known for her roles on Bones (Jessica Warren, Brennan’s intern), Switched at Birth (Parker Robinson), and The Lizzie Bennet Diaries (Jane Bennet).
