Moshe Weiss is the inventor of Sound Bender. The rabbi from St. Paul, Minnesota came up with the magnet that sticks to an iPad and “bends the sound” or amplifies the sound of the device. Before pitching his product on Shark Tank, he got Walgreens to sell Sound Benders in 350 of their stores across the country. During his pitch, he said he sold 10,000 units. Investor Daymond John made an offer to Weiss for 40 percent of the Sound Bender business.
