Evan McKeel on The Voice keeps wowing everyone including his mentor Pharrell. As one of the Top 12, McKeel knows how important every detail is – including his hair. He’s not the first contestant to change it up. Gwen Stefani suggested that her team members Braiden Sunshine and Kori Bukowski ditch their eyeglasses and tame their manes for the big stage. They did it and made it to the Top 12.

Just hours before his live performance on November 16, McKeel posted a photo of him and Jeffery Austin (see below) on Instagram with the caption: “We’re ready for #VoiceTop12 and so is the hair game!” The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
