Billionaire Silicon Valley investor Chris Sacca will sit in for Daymond John on Shark Tank. And he will be wearing one of his signature embroidered cowboy shirts. Sacca isn’t from the Wild West, he’s from Upstate New York, so what gives? Sacca tells the story (most recently to Forbes) that he was in an airport in Reno when he bought his first. When he wore it to deliver a speech, he said the response to his new look was so positive that on his way back through Reno he bought dozens more.

“Entrepreneurs get disappointed when I show up without one of these,” Sacca says of his shirts. And now it’s his signature look. Sacca’s cowboy shirts are now part of his brand, like Steve Jobs’ turtlenecks. Shark Tank airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
