Amanda Beard is a seven-time Olympic medalist. The 33-year-old swimmer once held the world record in the 200-meter breaststroke. Now she’s married with two kids and lives in a secluded cottage near Seattle where the family enjoys the great outdoors. Beard recently starred on Celebrity Wife Swap. She swapped places with Heidi Montag, the reality TV actress married to Spencer Pratt. Safe to say, Heidi Montag does not appreciate the lifestyle of Beard and her husband Sacha Brown.
Brown is a professional photographer. He met Beard at a photo shoot and they dated for three years before getting married in 2009. They married on the beach in southeastern Indonesia. Before becoming a freelance photographer, Brown was a photo assistant to several highly regarded artists including Ryan McGinley, Coliena Rentmeester, Olaf Heine, and Ellen Von Unwerth, among others. Brown is a graduate of Art Center College of Design.
