The stars of Little People, Big World — husband and wife Matt and Amy Roloff — are divorcing. But their new business together is thriving. The family, which runs a pumpkin farm in Oregon, is rolling out a line of pumpkin salsa. So far there are three varieties: pumpkin peach, pumpkin verde and pumpkin corn. All three are canned, labeled and then shipped out of local Beaverton Foods.

The salsas are currently available at three grocery chains in Oregon: Fred Meyer, QFC, and Roth’s Fresh Markets. For ideas on how to cook with pumpkin salsa, check out Amy’s cookbook, Short and Simple Family Recipes. Little People, Big World airs Tuesdays at 9pm on TLC.
