Telltale Games released a trailer for its Minecraft: Story Mode adventure game. The five-part episodic series is driven by the decisions the player makes. Just like in real life, what you say to people (and how you say it) has an effect. Players control Jesse (portrayed by Patton Oswalt) who with his friends needs to find The Order of the Stone in order to save their world.
Of course with any trailer comes criticism. Senator Cthulu wrote: “I’m not sure who this is going to appeal to. The larger audience who plays Minecraft isn’t going to want to sit and wait for dialogue options instead of actually playing Minecraft.” So far, more than 250 people liked what the Senator had to say. Minecraft: Story Mode will be available to download soon.
