LeBron James apparently has a “secret motivation” guiding his play this season. Given James’ insanely productive output, the first question many people will ask is: Where can I get one? But remember, it’s a secret. Sam Amick of USA Today wrote that “even James’ teammates, coaches or team executives don’t know what his secret motivation is.” But it’s known he has one, and the secrecy factor even causes some lighthearted banter in the Cavs locker room, while teammates try to guess what it is.
James’ friend and former Miami Heat teammate Dwyane Wade might, just might, know James’ secret motivation. James’ said he told Wade his secret motivation, but in the same breath he said he didn’t “give it to him.” That’s bad news for us, really. Sounds like it’s non-transferable, this secret motivation. Got to find your own, even if you’re Dwyane Wade.
